Appointments: Rescheduling & Cancellations

SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, AND FEES

  • Easily reschedule or cancel  (using our online Electronic Health Records website) up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • Changing or missing your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time does incur a fee.   This includes arriving too late for us to be able to treat you within the time scheduled for your appointment.  Please help us help you - plan to arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time.

Patients under the age of 18:

  • We do accept children as patients. 

  • Minors should be accompanied into their appointments by a parent or guardian.

  • We can treat safely children for a number of conditions, including digestive disorders and dermatological conditions.

  • We do not have the ability to watch or care for children in our office while your are in treatment,  if they are not the current patient.

  •  Please consult us beforehand if you have a pre-teen, tween, or teenager who needs to accompany you.

​Financial Policies:

  • We accept payments from your Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Savings Accounts (please use your card just as you would a credit card).

  • We require payment at the time of your treatment. We do not bill our patients and we do not bill insurance. 

  • Upon request, we will email you a receipt suitable for filing with your health insurance. Please allow ten business days for this service.

  • We offer treatments as individual purchases.  Since our therapies work best when used according to your recommended individual treatment plan, we also offer series pricing, in increments of 5, 8, 10, and 15 treatments.  Pay in full and schedule in advance for a series. Series pricing offers reductions up to 25% for a series of 15 treatments.

REFUNDS

  • We do not require you to purchase more than one appointment at a time.  However, if you purchase a series to take advantage of reduced pricing, and request a refund before you complete the series, we will refund the unused portion of your treatments, deducting used treatments at full price.  

  • Any refund will be made via the original payment method.

  • We do not offer refunds on services already rendered.   

  • We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on herbal products.

​The end goal is for you to experience results!  To that end, whether it's acne or aging or scars, whether it's trauma or pain or PTSD, we want to avail you of our services to help you achieve full health.​  Please understand that we use scheduling to create the most convenient experience for you.
